Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Dorost LLC ("we"). By using Arsheen you agree to them.
Accuracy
Arsheen is new software and improving quickly, and it will sometimes make mistakes: it may miss an item, read a date wrong, or file something in the wrong place. Always check important dates and amounts against the original message. Features may change over time.
Your account
You sign in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your device secure. Connect only accounts you are entitled to use.
Acceptable use
Don't use Arsheen to access someone else's mail without their permission, to break the law, or to attack the service.
Our intellectual property
Arsheen — the name, the logo, the design, the software, the website and the way it works — belongs to Dorost LLC. Arsheen™ is a trademark of Dorost LLC. Using the app gives you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your business, and nothing more.
You may not copy, modify, translate or create derivative works from any part of Arsheen; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app; extract or copy its prompts, models, wording or design; scrape or bulk-download the service; rent, resell or sublicense access; remove any notice of ownership; or use Arsheen to build or train a competing product or service. Automated access is limited to the app itself and any interface we publish for that purpose.
Anything you write, send or connect stays yours. Nothing here gives us ownership of your mail, your messages or the items Arsheen makes from them.
Third-party services
Arsheen relies on Apple, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Expo and Cloudflare. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Arsheen is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorost LLC is not liable for missed bills, missed appointments, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0).
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by deleting your account or cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end the service, or an account that breaks these terms, at any time.
Governing law
Kansas and applicable U.S. federal law.
